Times are rough, tell me about it. I work with youth and young adults, as well as adults and families in a variety of situations. I focus on acceptance and personal growth, healing and change, finding meaning in your relationships, and building the confidence to face difficult situations. My approach is built on foundations of being trauma-informed, culturally aware, and authentic.
I support issues related to: anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, meaning and motivation, change and loss, stressful environments and complex trauma, identity (gender, cultural, sexuality), specific trauma, goal development, and building self-esteem.
Committing to therapy is sometimes easy, sometimes hard. And that’s okay. Therapy is a space to get new perspective, find validation, make a decision, heal, understand, or make change. Contact me for a consultation call to see how I can support.
