I am a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience in private practice, community mental health, and nonprofit organizations in Chicago. I specialize in psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapy for adults. Areas of focus include anxiety, panic, PTSD and complex PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, attachment difficulties in romantic relationships, academic and career stress, women's mental health, and the emotional impact of displacement and cultural transition.

My therapeutic approach reflects the complexity of each client. I work psychodynamically and integrate attachment-based, multicultural, and feminist therapy. Together, we explore how early relational experiences continue to shape emotional life, patterns of relating, and responses to stress. The therapeutic relationship becomes part of the work.
