Hi! Picture me giving you the highest of high fives for seeking support and existing during all of THIS (gestures broadly). Life can be hard and overwhelming, and it’s made worse when we feel alone dealing with the challenges we face. My personal experience with therapy has profoundly changed my life so I work hard to extend the same support and compassion to my clients that I have received when I needed it most. I may be a good fit for your needs if you experience anxiety, depression, C/PTSD, low self-esteem, struggle with the emotional effects of perimenopause/menopause, or have ever wondered, "Why can't I get it together?"
My niche specialties include working with adults: with a suspected or later-in-life diagnosis of ADHD/neurodivergence; who experienced childhood emotional neglect & abuse; suffering from disenfranchised (isolated/unpopular/overlooked/invalidated) grief; who have experienced dating or betrayal trauma; and members of the legal, consulting, banking professions.
