We all have faced difficulties at one time or another. Challenging situations can be a great opportunity for positive change and self-awareness. As a counselor, I strive to offer empathy, compassion and a safe environment to each of my clients as they are working through their pain and walk beside them on their journey towards healing.
I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with issues such as anger, anxiety, conflict resolution, depression, stress management or any other life circumstance. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing grief or trauma. I am EMDR-trained and certified (a form of trauma therapy) and a grief counselor.
