My specialty is helping people untangle themselves from past patterns by creating a safe space for them to open up and be themselves. We will work together to help you better understand the issues and feelings that keep arising, to uncover what they are trying to reveal. I believe in doing this exploration at the speed of trust. I draw from psychodynamic and existential-humanistic approaches, inviting you to see your life’s ongoing journey as an endless source of wisdom.

I support people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss of purpose, and integrating experiences from non-ordinary states of consciousness. I continue my research on psychedelics at NYU Langone, Grossman School of Medicine, Psychiatry, Center for Psychedelic Medicine. Previously, at MAPS, Phase 3, FDA-approved clinical trials for PTSD.
