I’m a therapist who specializes in anxiety and trauma. I help both children and adults overcome worries, sleep issues, overthinking, and symptoms related to trauma in order for them reach their goals and grow into the best version of themselves.

In addition, she has training in mindfulness and trauma resolution using Rapid Resolution Therapy techniques and EMDR for adults and children. Originally from Brazil, Cristiane is bilingual in English and Portuguese.
