I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, identity, spirituality, emotional overwhelm, and questions around substance use, sobriety, and recovery. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Together, we create a space for honest exploration, greater self-understanding, and meaningful change. Whether you are questioning your relationship with substances or seeking a new way forward, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I am dual licensed as a Social Worker Licensure Candidate (SWLC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), allowing me to provide psychotherapy while bringing specialized experience in substance use, recovery, and the many ways these can intersect with mental health, relationships, identity, and everyday life.
