I am a queer therapist with lived experience as a trauma survivor. I aim to build space where we can relate, explore, process, challenge, and heal in brave and thoughtful ways; a place to tend to yourself with compassion and build your capacity for handling difficult emotions. I strive for an inclusive therapy space that embodies anti-diet, anti-racist, anti-sexist, and other anti-oppressive lenses. I work well with people who are reflective and open. My approach is validating, curious, and relational.
I focus my work on the LGBTQIA2+ community, and work well with people dealing with mood disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence. I also provide couple's therapy that is sex positive and kink positive. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Harm Reduction, Feminist Relational Theory, & the Gottman Method to support my clients.
If you think we would be a good match, send me an email! I'd love to hear from you and support you in exploring your options. Generally, I can get new clients in for a consultation within a week, as long as I am currently accepting new clients.
