You may feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overgiving, or trying to meet cultural and family expectations at the expense of your own well-being. In therapy, we focus on helping you understand those patterns, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with your voice, needs, and identity. Clarity Counseling Consultation and Wellness, LLC offers bilingual trauma therapy, including EMDR, to help you process and heal from past experiences. In addition to individual therapy, I provide workshops, training, retreats, and consultation. LPC Associate supervision for post-graduate professionals is provided on a 1st come 1st served basis.
