This is a tough time, politically and otherwise. Experiences and feelings come in waves; often we need a little help. Each of us is unique, thus requiring individualized attention. Emotions reside in body as well as the mind. Most need strategies and healing that involve our entire beings. I offer EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Felt Emotional Somatic Strategies (ISP), Imaginal/Art Therapy. I am informed by Internal Family Systems Therapy. I utilize talk therapy, storytelling, and narrative/journaling.

I offer support for work stress/bullying, parenting challenges, racial identity/mixe/first-gen issues, trauma, neglect, anxiety/depression. I address political/world feelings of doom/helplessness, climate anxiety, and generalized loneliness. I regularly work with leftist activists and folks in "caring" fields. I believe in liberation and equity.

I enjoy working with folks at a turning point in their lives, who want to heal painful beliefs or repeating relational patterns, to find direction and self-love. I see clients recover from dysfunctional family systems, addiction, and codependency. We heal past wounds and build self-support for increased choicefulness. Therapeutic work is a guide and anchor.
