I help individuals (15+) navigate immigration/acculturation issues, career issues, explore identity, build self-esteem and self-compassion, set boundaries, and heal from anxiety, trauma, grief, shame, and resolve relationship challenges.
For couples, we create a supportive space together to understand your dynamic and each other, and practice new moves to deepen intimacy and safety, or separate with clarity and respect.
In sessions, we bring humor, curiosity, joy, and community alongside a tailored blend of tools (somatic and mindfulness practices, ACT/DBT/CBT, attachment, grief processing, and talk therapy). Am a certified somatic therapy foundations practitioner who helps people reconnect with their body and release tension or trauma. Hablo español a nivel intermedio.
