Have you ever heard phrases like, the present is where all the gifts and beauty in life are and thought, that sounds amazing but how do I obtain the ability to live my life this way? Our societal structures cultivate enormous amounts of stress and pressure. This effects many people causing them to feel anxious, overwhelmed, unhappy, conflicts in relationships and detachment with who they truly are and often the goals and happiness they want to obtain.
I treat an array of diagnosis and life situations. Treatment is setup to help my adult clients decrease any symptoms that are interfering in their life, increase positive communication/coping skills, improve their relationships with others but most of all the relationship they have with themselves.
I have a clinically trained background and stay current on new therapeutic interventions and incorporate them with the clients. Treatment creates awareness of parts of self that need attention and ultimately heal them. My passion is helping my adult clients create a mind, body, spirit balanced life they love waking up to everyday. *insurances accepted below
