Crissy Webster Counseling Services LLC is a small private practice with two locations, one in Springfield, VT and one in St. Petersburg, FL. We hold licensure in the states of VT, NH, ME, CT, and FL. We see clients of all ages. We have a specialty in Juvenile Firesetting Assessments and Treatment, CISM, as well as, adult and adolescent anger management. Through our collective education and experience, we have extensive knowledge in the areas of Family Systems Model, Trauma Informed Education Practices, ARC, HNC, Parent Training, and we provide various other mental health / psychoeducational evaluations.
We use various counseling methods depending on the clients needs and presentation. We subscribe to a brief therapy model that allows for solution focused work and most often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We are offering adventure therapy in our St. Petersburg, FL office.
We are here to assist with any problem you, your children, or your family may encounter. Our goal is help you build a foundation to move forward and through difficult times in your life. In addition to psychotherapy I also provide clinical supervision to learners and other professionals and consultation to providers and organizations.

Anger Management Groups (adult and adolescents)
This is a 12-week cognitive behavioral anger management group treatment. Each of the 60-minute sessions will include check-ins and homework assignments. At the conclusion of this course, participants will have an understanding of their anger, anger control plans, the aggression cycle, cognitive restructuring, conflict.
