My passion is helping individuals not only talk about change but feel safe enough to experience it. In my work, I focus on embodying safety — creating a therapeutic space where your mind and body can work together rather than against each other.
Presently, I’m not able to meet. However, I’ve started creating educational videos that I share on Instagram (The Embodiment of Safety Project), which you’re welcome to follow. These materials are not a substitute for therapy, but they can serve as a helpful complement to the work you do in therapy.
Many of us come to therapy feeling “torn” wanting one thing in our minds while our nervous system pulls us in another direction. This can show up as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, addiction, or difficulties in relationships. My approach helps you learn to regulate your nervous system, identify unhelpful patterns, and discover how to move forward.
