I primarily work with teens and adults struggling with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, or Depression, and athletes facing performance anxiety or mental blocks. You may feel overwhelmed by emotions, have difficulty with focus, social interactions, or experience self-doubt. Athletes facing performance anxiety or mental blocks may be seeking ways to regain confidence. I provide a safe space to process thoughts, feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore emotions and challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients manage ADHD symptoms, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. For athletes, I offer mental skills training to overcome performance anxiety and mental blocks, helping to regain confidence.
Seeking support takes courage and I understand how hard it can be to open up about personal struggles. Change is possible, but it takes effort and perseverance. You don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you as you work toward the life you envision. If you're ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out.
