Hi, my name is Camilla Hendren, licensed psychotherapist and owner of Crescent Moon Behavioral Health. Are you feeling anxious and depressed? Confused on how to move forward? I can help you process your thoughts and emotions, awaken to your own insights, and take courageous action. Learn how to set boundaries, be assertive, speak up and be true to yourself. I use an eclectic approach, implementing ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Strengths Perspective, Multicultural-Intersectional Feminist Therapy, Eastern Philosophy, and some DBT. My passions: helping you develop self-acceptance, carve out boundaries, and understand your socialization in order to break free.
My style is compassionate, but also direct. I will accompany you through the process of healing and change while creating a safe refuge for your empowerment. I identify as queer.
