I use real life examples to help you move forward. My favorite day at work is when a client tells me "I feel great!" It is up to the two of us to get you better and not keep you stuck. Over the years I've had many clients tell me "you're the first counselor I've ever had that I don't feel like I need to edit myself in front of" I'm honored that so many people are so comfortable with me.
