So often we settle for less—I invite you to a life full of more. Each of our lives is a story that intersects with those around us. The places we become stuck (or repeat unwanted patterns) are rooted in relationships and experiences that were formational. In a kind and conversational style, I invite you to step into the earth of those places. In walking barefoot through the dirt of your deepest heartache and how you were shaped by it, you will find that you return to your truest and best self.
It's my privilege to also journey with individuals who live with a traumatic brain injury or inflammatory bowel disease; those who have experienced sexual betrayal (betrayed partner or couples), and those who desire to deconstruct experiences of harm in the context of faith.
As an eclectic, relational therapist, I most often draw on Narrative Focused Trauma Care and have completed two certificates in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from The Allender Center. I wholeheartedly believe that I can only walk alongside clients as far as I've gone in my own story, so I am committed to engaging my own story.
