Greetings! I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist specializing in working with Caribbean, African descent, and BIPOC communities. I am here to provide a safe and nurturing space for exploration and healing. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the philosophy of Carl Rogers, who believes in the power of client-centered therapy, which emphasizes the importance of building a genuine and empathetic therapeutic relationship. Omega Therapy Practice is a full service counseling service offering several approaches to meeting the needs of a diverse and inclusive clientele including first generation immigrants, professionals of color, the LBGTQ+ community and fellow residents of Massachusetts. We are a multiethnic and multiracial group practice that centralizes care for BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Clients who come to us are working though life challenges related to their identities. They are often in a process of self-exploration, working to make sense of their place and identity in the world where they are made to feel like "the other" and have been marginalized, traumatized, and blatantly microaggressed. We recognize the importance of finding providers who get it, from a shared and lived experience. Here, our aim is connect communities of color and queer communities with providers of color and queer providers.

Dr. Patricia Ehiabhi is a Psychologist in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2020. Dr. Ehiabhi has more than 10 years of experience in addictions work in individual and group settings and is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy for substance use disorder. Dr. Ehiabhi is able to provide Christian counseling and is experienced working with a board spectrum of diagnoses and challenges such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, SUD, behavioral addictions, tobacco cessation, serious mental illness, adjustment related to life and career changes, and racial and faith-based trauma.
