Therapy with me emphasizes fostering a safe, nonjudgmental & compassionate environment. I have experience assisting clients with life challenges such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ difficulties, mood disorders, trauma, life-transitions, and grief/loss. Currently, I work with individual clients aged 13+
I conduct my practice by having collaborative conversations with my clients. I believe we all have answers within ourselves; my job is to work with you in finding them! My approach to therapy is Trauma-informed, Person-Centered and Experiential. I have 5 years of DBT experience and incorporate DBT skills to assist with desired outcomes.
