Creekview is moving in 2026! We invite you to our new, expanded office in January 2026 (900 Foulk Road, Suite 200, Wilmington DE 19803). Our team evaluates and treat children and adults with autism, ADHD, learning disorders like dyslexia, developmental delays, and other cognitive processing differences, and more! Our clinicians help you understand your cognitive strengths and challenges and explore how mental and behavioral health symptoms are playing a role in your experience. Assessment tools are used to design a personalized treatment plan and provide ongoing therapy that helps you reach your goals.
Our clients range from age 3 years to adulthood. We are a good match for kids, teens, and adults seeking diagnosis and/or treatment with a provider who understands neurodiversity. All services are comprehensive, personalized, culturally informed, and use evidence-based and practical treatments.
