My ideal clients are ages 17-64 who would like to build a strong therapeutic relationship to aid in healing. I work collaboratively to set meaningful goals and foster change, helping clients develop coping strategies, increase self awareness, and build a sense of empowerment.
I am a wholistic therapist who works with the whole person. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Authenticity therapy, CBT, meditation, Eco-therapy, tai chi, yoga, music, and other modalities.
My goal is to create a safe and confidential environment while helping each person gain insight, resilience, and create lasting emotional well-being.
My specialty is utilizing creative alternatives such as: meditation, breath work, aromatherapy, yoga, art, music, guided meditation, ART, Authenticity Therapy, and more. And I have over 30 years experience with special needs.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy can relieve and relax your trauma symptoms in as little S 3-5 sessions.
I understand how challenging it can all be. I incorporate spiritual and existential exploration, finding life’s purpose, practical life skills, work place skills and nature therapy all with a sense of humor. You will feel more grounded and calmer when you leave my office.
