We have 6 therapists and an RN and other healing practitioners and coaches so that you can find the best match for your needs!
Our therapists offer integrative, experiential sessions based on each client’s unique therapeutic needs and interests with a variety of options such as Somatic Therapy, Expressive Arts, Transpersonal such as mindfulness/meditation, and Ecotherapy, and Community Groups in addition to other healing practices and a foundation of evidenced based practices.
We offer inspirational, creative, mindful experiences in community-building groups that incorporate our approach to health and healing. Our classes and workshops harness the most potent aspects of ourselves in service to our own and potentially our community’s transformation.
