Utilizing individual and family therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, and other creative treatment methods will allow patients to express themselves; allowing for exploration of issues that may be too difficult or painful to discuss with the spoken word.
Having worked with the special victims unit, addictions, and mental health services for a combination of 26yrs, I have specialized training and insight to how individuals and families are impacted by anxiety & depression, trauma (physical/sexual/neglect,/emotional), attention/behavioral & school issues, emotional dysregulation & mood disorders, etc.
