My ideal client population I want to work with on self-care, mental health or any chronic illnesses they deal with. I specialize in diabetes. I also am an advocate for my clients who need to have access to services they struggle to get. I love working with adolescents and empowering youth with their present and future endeavors. I cultivate a safe environment for clients to address the unhealthy & challenging mental states that keep them in a stuck or sunken place. I use solution focused and behavioral modalities to support each client with building healthy & safe boundaries.
I also can offer group therapy (locally) depending on age range and therapeutic need; these therapeutic groups will develop and evolve continuously as client and community needs evolve. Don't hesitate to reach out!
I am an avid volunteer in my community, continues to advocate for those that need it and collaborates with community leaders and businesses in local counties of Hoke and in Cumberland.
