We use play therapy, sandtray, and creative interventions, along with CBT, DBT, and Christian counseling, to support emotional healing and growth. Faith is incorporated when desired.
We also offer Christian Life Coaching and Mental Performance Coaching for teen boys, young adults, and men, including support for process addictions.
