It is with your full potential in mind that I choose to incorporate not only "talk therapy", but also integrative depth psychological practices such as dream work into the clinical setting.
I am passionate about depth psychological methods because they bring previously held unconscious material into conscious awareness in order to facilitate the pursuit of wholeness and overall well-being. These methods include dream inquiry, mindfulness techniques, and somatic practices to guide individual learning during the self-development process.
My primary interest is Jungian Psychology and I have a particular interest in woking with those involved in the creative Arts and licensed clinicians who are interested in personal development. I am also the co-founder of Creative Depth - professional development, CE education, community events and lifelong learning programming.
