At Creative Counseling, we work with creative and mindful therapeutic modalities in order to best suit the needs of our clients. Our philosophy is that we all have the power to heal ourselves. Our job as your counselors is to give you the tools to do just that. We will work collaboratively on finding and building on your strengths to give you concrete tools to take with you into your everyday life. Our goal is to help you find the best environment and skills for your personal journey.
Creative modalities give us the freedom to figure out the best way to fit your needs. In addition to Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches, our practice also offers Art as Therapy, Play Therapy, and Movement to help understand unconscious thoughts that influence our actions.
Our therapists have diverse and varied specialties in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Together, we have years of training in play therapy, CBT, substance use, DBT, and motivational interviewing. We are always seeking out new training opportunities to benefit our clients.
