Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Do you struggle with life transition issues? Are you anxious or sad? Are you in emotional pain? Is your relationship in jeopardy? Counseling is a collaborative effort between you and your counselor. Working with your professional counselor will help you find your personal strengths and work towards a solution to the issues impacting your life. Please note: I have 2 parts to my practice, Creative Counseling Centers is in person or telehealth sessions. The other parts of my practice is through Grow Therapy and Rula providing convenient telehealth therapy.
Why couples counseling? The relationship between a counselor and a client needs to be built on mutual trust and respect, without judgment. During couples counseling the counselor provides a safe environment in which you are able to express freely your feelings, your concerns, and your difficulties. I am a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for Couples.
My private counseling practice is client centered,. It is important to build a trusting relationship in a confidential / judgment-free environment. Hours by appointment, including some evening hours. Many insurances accepted and if needed I offer a sliding scale fee based on income for those w/o insurance. Cash, checks, HSA or credit/debit cards accepted.
