For individuals who struggle daily with their weight regardless of whether you are overweight or not. Being healthy requires work and to be successful in this venture requires constant awareness of healthy behaviors and attitudes. If you consider yourself an over eater, tend to continue eating even when you are full, never seem to get full or are on an emotional roller coaster with food, this group is for you.
