Life can be very stressful. Sometimes all you need is some space to organize your thoughts and figure out the next steps. My approach is solution-focused. My goal is to help you grow in awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence. No judgment or pressure to change right away; just empathy, compassion, and understanding. I listen patiently and take my time to get to know your story. Once I assess the problem and related circumstances, I can offer guidance and suggestions.
