Creating Wellness Colorado LLC is a private practice where I strive to create a safe space for all of my clients. A space where they can heal, learn, and grow. I grew up with a passion to help others and I have been fortunate to turn that passion into my life’s work. I am eager to work with individuals of all ages, races, religions, and ethnicities who are dealing with mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses.
I utilize a combination of person-centered techniques that help the individual identify their own strengths and values. I have over 5 years of experience with a background in mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and recreational therapy. I am an LGBTQIA+ and body-positive affirming therapist.
My mission is to provide a safe inclusive environment for my clients. I am eager to provide an inclusive environment for all individuals regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual identity, gender identity/expression, physical and mental ability, and veteran status who are dealing with mental health and substance use diagnoses.
