I believe in the importance of creating a space where you can process the challenges in your life. When life feels too overwhelming and you can't seem to keep up, or you have lost your motivation, I will help you find your inner strength and confidence to manage and move forward. We will work together to identify the burdens you are confronted with and explore what it takes to truly own your journey.

I work with people who may be struggling with anxiety and/or depression. Every individual is unique and should have unique and effective care based on their needs. We will use OUR curiosity to create awareness, challenge negative thoughts, find self worth, minimize stress, and discover how to attain meaning in your life.

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to explore the painful, confusing, and difficult emotions. I will create a space for you and help you create the space you need for yourself, so you can move forward with strength, understanding, and self worth.
