With a Masters in Social Work, I best describe my approach as talk therapy, using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My experience spans over 20-years addressing childhood traumas, working with individuals to resolve crisis, overcome grief, and cope with anxiety/depression.
Change CAN happen and making the first appointment is often the hardest part of your healing journey. I provide a safe and confidential space to tell your story, will help you find strength and skills to identify achievable goals and will celebrate with you when they're met. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families.
