At Create Outcomes, we help people overcome anxiety, depression, loss, and relational difficulties. Our approach is an integration of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral modalities, which means we will explore the way you experienced the world from birth until present in order to identify habits and behaviors that have become roadblocks to living in alignment with the person you want to be. We utilize LifeMaps, a collaborative treatment plan where you can track progress and see your therapy notes. The Map is your treatment plan translated from clinical terms to language that better represents the work we do.
We embrace an expansive view of the individual and collaborate with clients to explore how their sense of self, past experiences, environment, and culture, impacts their current moods, relationships, experiences, and self-beliefs. We will work together in identifying what areas of life you would like to further explore to best reach your goals.
Transparency is the foundation of our collaboration with you. We will recognize the strengths you already have and you will have access to the work you accomplished. Together we asses the effectiveness of the tools we have given you, and we make the necessary adjustments along the way.

We will explore cultural identity conflicts, acculturation stress, internalized homophobia, transphobia and/or misogyny. This is a space to express any guilt around identity, seeking help, shame, family expectations (especially filial piety pressure), and vulnerability.
