We have four amazing therapists that see clients ages 6 and up via Individual Therapy!! Combined they have skills in EMDR, DBT skills, mindfulness based techniques, CBT, Brainspotting, etc. Their experience is as diverse as the clients they work with, including, addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, depression, etc.
When life happens and stressors begin to take over, it can be scary and overwhelming to seek help.
