I am wanting to help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am here to help those who are struggling with day-to-day life struggles, wanting a change in their lives, and wanting to process through what happen to them in the past so the past is not impacting their daily life.
I am trained in trauma therapy. I use techniques such as EMDR therapy and RTM therapy to help clients process past trauma. I also help those who are suffering with anxiety and depressive symptoms using cognitive behavioral therapy to help teach coping skills to help reduce symptoms. I am also trained in DBT therapy.
