After years of providing behavioral health services, I am honored to say that my clients have taught me as much as I hopefully have helped them. Through my education and learning from my clients, I have become better equipped to help adults needing and wanting to grow in a number of arenas. I am a LPC/MHSP, LMFT, National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Approved Counseling Supervisor in the state of Tennessee. I have worked with adults struggling with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, chronic illness, depression, grief, infidelity, and sexual concerns.
Having been trained in Marital & Family Therapy as well as Counseling, I feel I have the best of both worlds in-order to help clients with certain sexual needs. I especially have gone beyond my training to study more in the realm of Human Sexuality. I have taken a number of graduate courses, workshops, and seminars to help strengthen this my speciality.
