Everyone struggles and we each cope with our struggles in various ways. Most clients I see are depressed or anxious because of something that happened in their lives that may or may not have been out of their control. I listen, offer feedback, and help them to look at themselves and their issues in a more positive manner.
I work with clients of all ages. I was born and raised on a farm and therefore can relate to most everyone who enters my office. I base my approach on a quote from famed researcher, Carl Rogers, "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." My goal is to help my clients reach their full potential.
