It’s a mindset thing. The way you view what you do will always affect the way you do what you do. That includes your job, you marriage, and your life. The breakthroughs you have been seeking in your life, and in your marriage, start in your mind. I will help you identify the barriers that have been getting in the way of you living your best life, and come up with real and effective actions you can use immediately to begin making that shift. Change can be hard, but you are worth it. You deserve to have happy relationships, free from nonproductive patterns in your life, and to find meaning and create the life you desire.

Your marriage is not over! The number one cause for divorce is emotional drifting. It is easy to end up running parallel to each other and lose that connection. I help individuals and couples get purposeful about finding points of intersection in their relationship. We begin by returning to that foundation, and strengthening the thing that started it all.

I work with individuals and couples who struggle with variety of issues related to marriage, mental health, and motivation. I focus on brief, solution focused therapy that works. One of the biggest predictors for success in treatment is the relationship between therapist and client. My practice is built on this relationship and helping you reach your goals
