I work with people to help them recognize their ideal life and find the path to reach it. I love working with people who want change in their lives and are ready to pursue a life filled with joy and peace. I work with clients of all backgrounds, and have worked many in the LGBTQ and alternative lifestyles communities.
I focus on helping people recognize their strengths and use them to overcome the struggles they face in their lives. I use a psychodynamic approach to help people find positive change to overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma. Building new pain and trauma is not an approach I believe in.
I have a gentle approach to counseling that encourages change through compassion. I meet my clients where they are in their lives and walk with them to the life they desire, free of the pain of their past. The pain of our past has brought us to the place we are in our lives now, it does not have to define our future.
