Welcome! I am dedicated to co-creating a space for you to heal, learn, and ultimately thrive. I aim for therapy to be fun, rewarding and to help you grow in the ways that you want to. You get to decide where we are going, and I will walk alongside you as we write the next chapter of your life, (while maybe rewriting some old ones too).
I bring a trauma-informed lens to a humanistic approach and incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, self-compassion and spiritual aspects into the therapeutic process. I work with adults on things ranging from navigating the legacy of trauma, to psychedelic integration, identity exploration, and cultivating a deeper relationship with the sacred.
It can feel daunting to ask for help, and the fact that you are already reading this tells me that you have the courage needed to start the process. Take a deep breath and pat yourself on the back.
