I have a background working with survivors of domestic violence, helping individuals overcome addictions, men's issues, career/life transitions, working with individuals experiencing depression/anxiety.
Where appropriate, I incorporate humor to provide levity regarding the stresses of daily life. I have been dedicated to the mental health field for the past 14+ years and use my experiences to inform my work. I am LGBTQIA affirming and incorporate an awareness of oppression and social justice.
