About
Seeking help can be difficult. Life’s pace can often catch us off guard. Even when things seem in order we can feel alone or out of sorts with internal worries. Whatever you are dealing with, I will engage with you directly. I will listen with empathy and offer counsel tailored to your individual concerns. Ultimately, we want our lives to matter. I specialize in working with individuals who are impacted by addiction; their own or someone close to them. I have over 20 years of experience working with these issues, including substance abuse, gambling, sex and codependency.
I’ve worked in a range of settings helping people with a variety of addiction-related conditions. My approach is multi-dimensional. I will help you explore the roots of what is bothering you. Together we will find solutions that apply to your unique situation. I also work with family and friends who are concerned and effected by these problems.
My passion for this work stems from navigating my own journey with some of these issues. I will bring that experience to our therapy sessions. I will work to understand your struggle and help you find direction and meaning in your journey. Together we will find solutions that work for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
