I've been working with a diverse population across various roles in the helping profession for approximately 30 years. I value authentic human relationships and have considerable levels of compassion and empathy gained from experience and personal trials. While I draw from many types of psychological theory, I particularly like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive/Behavioral, and Transpersonal. I create a safe space by valuing clients unconditionally and by guiding them toward improved awareness, self-talk, and self-compassion.
I am the author of a two-volume set entitled, “Channeled Philosophy on the Evolution of Consciousness.” I have earned a Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University, as well as a Master and Doctorate degree in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
