I provide Brief individual, couple, family, group therapy and self-empowerment through teaching Self-Hypnosis. I specialize in working with PTSD, Trauma, Attachment issues, Anxiety, Men’s issues, Forgiveness work, Military/veterans and their family members.
As a Senior Level Clinician, I am well trained in therapies including Brainspotting and Trauma Processing evidence-based theories and incorporate thoughtful, holistic and creative therapy approaches. I work with client strengths to help find creative resources and solutions that help them learn positive practices for the freedom and strength to be oneself.
I celebrate all diversity and strive to be inclusive and respectful at all levels. I graduated in 1987 with Honors providing therapy, working in settings such as schools, clinics, agencies, hospitals and nursing homes. I adhere to high standards and principles to provide a safe, compassionate environment for peaceful resolution of one’s challenges.
