We are a multicultural, multidisciplinary outpatient psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children, teens, couples, and adults. Our team offers a wide range of evidence-based and experiential approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including EMDR, Play Therapy, Sand Play, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-A, DBT-C, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We are proud to serve our community from three welcoming locations: our beautiful Oceanfront office, a centrally located Town Center office, and Chesapeake.
We help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions using evidence-based, compassionate care. Our clinicians specialize in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering personalized treatment in our beautiful in-person offices or walk and talk sessions.
