I work with teens, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I offer in-person sessions in Daphne and Mobile, as well as virtual therapy throughout Alabama. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
My approach is laid-back, real, and relational. Therapy with me feels more like a conversation than a clinical process. Think “kick your shoes off” kind of space where you can be honest, feel supported, and move forward without judgment.

I have a special passion for helping couples reconnect when communication feels difficult, trust has been damaged, or the relationship has grown distant. Using Gottman methods and Gottman-informed strategies, I help couples improve communication, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen connection. I’ve been assisting clients heal for over 20 years.
