I believe nothing is “wrong” with a person who experiences pain or suffering, or who isn't positive all of the time, because pain is a normal part of being human. I practice a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients learn how to experience difficult thoughts and emotions without suppressing them, in order to make decisions that align with what's most important to you. I believe you can build a fulfilling life no matter what has happened to you. I additionally practice EMDR to help individuals safely reprocess traumatic experiences. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist.
I have extensive experience helping those who are navigating difficult life circumstances, figuring out boundaries, or experiencing grief related to any loss, including infertility and childlessness. I believe in creating intentional space for processing grief and trauma and help my clients learn to live well in the midst of these difficult experiences.
