At times, assessments tools will be utilized to clarify the plan of treatment. From the beginning and until our last meeting, I strive to offer a comfortable setting to discuss anything from job coaching, mood issues, relationship issues, grief, or substance use to past traumas.

I have provided thousands of hours of therapy services with clients in a variety of settings. I want to meet you where you are, listen to your story, and help you change the narrative to recognize your areas of strength and support you to grow as we challenge some of your weaknesses.

I enjoy working with late adolescents and adults from a strength-based, solution-focused approach to help build self-esteem, plan and achieve goals, and resolve conflict. I am sensitive to the variety of cultural, ethnic, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds of clients.
